Your role:

• As Junior Developer in our Graduate Program, you will be an integral part of our Digital Commerce division from day one and train to become an experienced developer over the course of 18 month
• This unique opportunity allows you to refine your practical skills, while working in three different product teams in an agile environment
• To boost your learning curve, you will spend one day per week enhancing your skills through coding bootcamps in e.g. Java and React, cloud technologies (GCP) and agile working methods (Scrum, OKR)
• During the program, mentors as well as experienced engineers will be available at all times to support you with on-the-job training tasks
• After completion of the training program, we are looking forward to seeing you as a team member in one of our 25 cross-functional product teams
   

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or computer science. Alternatively, you can demonstrate comparable training, e.g. as an IT Specialist with several years of professional experience
• You should have some practical programming experience as Junior Developer or Junior Software Engineer
• You are as enthusiastic about learning programming languages and frameworks such as Java, JavaScript, Python or React as you are about the additional training options offered
• High focus on code quality, performance, maintainability and expandability
• You are a team player and value an international work environment
